If you’ve suffered the loss of a pet, no doubt you want to keep their memory alive in some way. If taxidermy seems a bit extreme for your taste, consider these paintings by Maine-based artists Linda and John Meyers of Wary Meyers Decorative Arts. According to their website, the commissioned pieces aren’t based on photos of your beloved fluffball, but rather on “descriptions of your pet’s personality, likes, dislikes, temperament, favorite toys, favorite places, favorite treats…”
They site also says that they’re not currently taking new orders, but if you keep trying, maybe you’ll get lucky.
