UPDATE: Victim-Blamey Poster Muddles Regretting A One Night Stand With Sexual Assault Because Thatâs Novel

Darn those whiny drunken party girls who give it up to dudes and then “cry rape.” Don’t you know that if you get completely hammered and pass out you’re essentially giving ANYONE within a 20-mile radius consent to have sex with you? So suggests a truly novel poster floating around Edmonton, Canada that merges regretting one’s consensual sexual behavior with sexual assault. Not the same thing. More »

Tiny Piglets Take Over The Runway At Toronto Fashion Week

Tiny Piglets Take Over The Runway At Toronto Fashion Week

If there’s three things we love, it’s adorable animals, runway gimmicks and tiny versions of regular things. During Toronto Fashion Week, they collided at the Korhani fashion show as several models came down the runway toting precious micropiglets. Sadly, in addition to being cute, pigs are also extremely intelligent and sensitive, so carrying them down a runway to deafening Soft Cell while hundreds of people cheer is probably the most terrifying thing imaginable for them. Also, the micropig industry is fucked up. So! Here is a slideshow of the Korhani runway accompanied by ominous facts about pig keeping from this government issued pamphlet of Guidance on the Legal Obligations of Pig Keepers. Photoshop Of Horrors: Canadian MP Rathika Sitsabaiesan's Shameful Cleavage Removed

Canadian Beauty Salon Now Using Domestic Violence To Sell You Haircuts

Picture if you will: you’re an ordinary woman trapped in the nightmarish cycle of domestic violence. Your boyfriend/husband beats you so violently that you cannot leave the house for days. When your bruises turn purple, he says he feels terrible and swears he’ll never do it again. He even buys you an expensive necklace to apologize. Because you’ve been systematically stripped of your own self-worth, you want to believe that he’s changed. Whether it won’t happen again or this is just another one of his convenient apologies doesn’t matter. What does matter is that your hair should always look cute. More »

Gallery: Will And Kate Wearing Cowboy Hats At The Calgary Rodeo

Following Kate’s wardrobe malfunction on Thursday, the Royal Couple went to the Calgary Rodeo and Stampede, the mission of which seems to be showing the world you don’t need to be a Texas yokel to treat animals like they have no pain receptors. They wore cowboy hats, she wore an ALICE by Temperley blouse, they looked cute, here are some pictures, etc. Also: donate to horse rescues. More »
