Despite all the flack Gwyneth Paltrow has been getting lately for calling half a million dollars in clothing “essential,” barely feeding her family and releasing a cookbook that essentially makes air waffles and twig muffins, I have a feeling she is doing just fine. Her book, titled with gross inaccuracy as It’s All Good, is already selling incredibly well, and she’s still famous and attractive and rich. Attention, curvy-but-tiny women and creepy Amber Rose fans! The famed model/hip-hop groupie is currently selling a bunch of her lightly-worn clothes on Ebay Fashion Vault, and most items are still under $100. Run by a company called Auction Cause, the sale of these items will presumably benefit some nebulously defined good cause (i.e. “charity”), so I can’t be too mean about it. The clothes don’t look the same without Rose’s ridonkulous curves filling them out, but they still look nice enough, because they are insanely expensive designer clothes. Fresh off her physically taxing stint playing Lisbeth Salander in The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, Rooney Mara attended last night’s London premiere looking the best she’s looked in a while in Givenchy couture. It might just be a trick of the dress, but it appears she’s gained back some of the weight she lost on the “barely fish” diet director David Fincher had her on, and she’s looking somewhat livelier as a result.
