Yesterday, we pointed out that we were disturbed by the images of Thylane Blondeau - because she’s ten and being photographed topless. Some of you pointed out that there’s a history of similar images and that we shouldn’t be shocked. So we looked up similar images and were shocked! At least by some of them.
That’s probably because we’re only used to thinking of child models in L.L. Bean catalogues. There’s obviously a wide range of the way young girls are portrayed by the fashion industry.
