I am a t-shirt girl, I just love them. In college, I lived in t-shirts and Nike shorts. I could wear t-shirts to work since our office is pretty laid back, but I just don’t feel all that snazzy in t-shirts in NYC. But graphic tees are a trend that I am 100% on board with. More
Nice work, New York Magazine! I really hope you make some mad cash off this issue, because your integrity just went out the window. More

There are some styles that never seem to go away. Or if they do, they come back so quickly that you find yourself wondering exactly how much time has passed, and then if they actually did go away, or if it’s really only been about a year so they were just out of season. More
I’ll be honest with you — most of the time, it’s really wonderful to live in a place where the temperature rarely dips below 60 degrees. It just is. You can’t be mad at it.

To be fair, when I happened to walk into Anthropologie at The Grove yesterday and found myself in the midst of a fashion show about to begin, it was probably not impromptu. Anyway, here are some of my favorite looks from their fall selection (try to ignore the big, bright window in the back…iPhone…impromptu…synergy…) More
Every autumn, I have the exact same sartorial dilemma. As the weather starts to cool and skies revert to perma-gray, I find myself falling in love with a turtleneck or two. They look so cozy, I tell myself, and I won’t even need to wear a scarf! So I buy one, despite the five unworn turtlenecks of last year that are now wedged in the back of my closet. I wear the turtleneck to work the next day, feeling so warm and seasonally-appropriate, and then … it happens. More
It’s getting colder. Has anyone else noticed? I have and so has my wallet. Since temperatures have dropped I’ve been getting in the habit of grabbing a coffee (today it was hot chocolate) the second I see a coffee shop. Which doesn’t take long because there are Starbucks everywhere. But some of us get sick of Starbucks. And some of us want to save money and just be warm and prepared all the time. And to save money, you have to spend money. But we’ve found you things that will help keep you warm both in and out of the house that are under $10. Aren’t we nice? More
