We’ve been warned for a while now that KATE MIDDLETON‘S BURLESQUE STAR COUSIN IS COMING TO AMERICA. That happened last night in New York, folks. Her name is Katrina Darling–possibly not her real name–and she is the second cousin, twice removed (according to the Post) to Kate and Pippa Middleton.
