Vogue Russia Gets On Board With Stevie Nicks Witchiness, Bohemian Headbands

Vogue Russia Gets On Board With Stevie Nicks Witchiness, Bohemian Headbands

As much as I like to make fun of Audrey from Girls for being a huge fashion victim with her camo-print rompers and culturally insensitive headbands, I believe there’s a right way to wear this un-killable trend. Last Friday, Rebecca Taylor showed a watery collection featuring dewy skin and slicked-back hair. Yes, there were sequins and metallics, but the whole thing was so soft and muted… a few of the final looks even had an echo of Rodarte’s wheatfields in lovely cloud prints. I know “wearable” sounds like faint praise but as I watched this look come down the runway, all I could think was, “How can I go home and do this immediately?” More »

Shopping Guide: Be Your Own Kate Middleton In These Lovely Lace Dresses

Much has been made of Kate Middleton’s tour of Canada: how she’s styling herself, how she brought along 30 outfits (anticipating several changes a day), how the only member of her entourage is her hairdresser… but, really, what’s mattered most so far is that lovely Erdem dress she wore on Day 1. In typical Duchess of Cambridge fashion, it sent women crashing online stores in search of something demure, delicate and lacey. Here are a few excellent options from $24-$985, featuring Erdem, French Connection, Issa, Topshop, Anthropologie, and more. More »

Have a look in the gallery at Michelle’s five recent lace looks and then vote for your favorite. More »
