Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian may see a class-action lawsuit on the horizon, over their endorsement of diet product QuickTrim, manufactured by New Jersey-based Windmill Health Products. Law firm Bursor & Fisher is readying a suit against Windmill and “the marketing claims made by the Kardashians.” Apparently the active ingredient in QuickTrim is a huge dose of caffeine, which the FDA has determined isn’t effective for weight loss. …Or safe.
