14 year old Sophie Watson of Spennymoore, Durham, England (pictured), has tattoos. Not just the “I was rebellious and got this done on spring break at Myrtle Beach”-esque tattoos, though. She has lipliner, eyeliner, and eyebrows all tattooed on. Why? To better help her with her beauty pageant career, of course. More
