We saw the front rows in New York, we saw them in London and we saw them in Milan–but no fashion week seemed to attract more famous people than Paris. As Fashion Month draws to a close, the celebrities descended on the City of Light to take in Chanel, Miu Miu, Louis Vuitton, Valentino and at least one very splashy party for the new Carine Roitfeld movie.
Here’s what they wore, featuring Katy Perry, Hailee Steinfeld, Kim Kardashian, Kim Kardashian’s Breasts, Kate Upton, Miranda Kerr and many more. More
As Fashion Month draws to a close, we must pick up the pieces and filter out the relevant information. So far, we know the Spring 2014 collections were all very Spring-y, the front rows were all very famous, and the models were all very white.
But! There were still surprises to be found in New York, London, Paris and Milan, as the accessories stole the show time and time again. Here’s 35 of the craziest, boldest, statement-making hats* and headgear from Fashion Month, from flower garlands to gothic cowboy hats to whatever that is up there. More
Fashion Month is drawing to a close, which means we’ve seen plenty of trends, much ridiculous street style, lots of famous people–you know, the usual Fashion Month works. By now we’ve had enough time to sift through the thousands of photos to bring you a selection of some very amazing (but often completely crazy) jewelry as seen on the runways in New York, London, Milan and Paris. Here are the biggest and boldest necklaces, bracelets, cuffs and, uh, headgear from Fashion Month–”statement jewelry” is putting it lightly. More

Jessica Alba is an overall unobtrusive star, both on and off the red carpet, but this was not the case for the past week. Several ill-fitting or oversize garments along with a couple weird bottoms are making me wonder what issues (I daresay Albatrosses?) are going down in the style sect of her brain that are making her make such peculiar choices. All those borrowed designer dresses and glitzy parties are making her “tres misérables.” More

It’s the moment* we’ve all been waiting for: Raf Simons‘ debut haute couture collection for Christian Dior walked in Paris yesterday. On a set covered from floor to ceiling with beautiful flowers, Raf sent out a collection of deceptively minimal femininity molded into the house of Dior’s iconic silhouettes. More
Katy Perry split from her husband Russel Brand and it was only a matter of time before Brand started dating a model. He did, obviously: 25-year-old model (“and artist”!) Oriella Medellin and here’s her website. …Perry, however, totally one-upped him! More
…Because there was less of it!
Kanye West–who we had a field day mocking last season–showed his second womenswear collection in Paris Tuesday and it would appear that he took some of that widespread criticism to heart: West showed only 20 looks and drew a few favorable comparisons to Givenchy and Costume Nationale (HAH!), thanks to his rumored army of high-profile consultants. We think the collection was still facile and incoherent, but you can decide for yourself. More
Vivienne Westwood showed her Fall 2012 collection in Paris on Saturday and Look 31 has the fashion press very curious: what do you call this thing? It’s not quite leggings, not quite a cardigan, with maybe a little romper and some tights thrown in? And pajamas? More
One of our favorite male models, Andrej Pejic, was in Paris over the weekend making a triumphant return to the Jean Paul Gaultier catwalk. More
