I know, I know. I’m supposed to be really excited that Vogue didn’t use Photoshop and ran a completely “unvarnished, unadulterated, pure” photo shoot from Peter Lindbergh. I promise, I really do appreciate it when a magazine chooses to forgo all the crazy retouching and curve-smoothing (or eliminating) that normally happens in mags.
But does anyone else feel like all this gratuitous nudity is a little like when plus-size models are constantly photographed without their clothes on? More
You may recall that a few months ago, Kate Moss launched her latest foray into fashion design: a line of jewelry in collaboration with French label Fred inspired by her own tattoos. Now the campaign has dropped and Kate’s former client David Yurman is accusing the supermodel of stealing. More
Swedish teen Frida Gustavsson is also a supporting player here but the headline was getting wordy. Anyway: check out this smokey, noir-themed editorial from American Vogue‘s July issue, featuring supermodel Lara Stone and True Blood star Alexander Skarsgard. Peter Lindbergh lensed the trio in Fall’s moodiest, retro-tailored pieces, styled by the great Grace Coddington. More
’90s supermodel and Peter Lindbergh/Ellen von Unwerth favorite Nadja Auermann (along with her ex-husband, actor Wolfram Grandezka), are accused of failing to pay income taxes between 1999 and 2002. Apparently they owe the German government €270,000. You can More

One of my all-time favorite faces has the solo slot for Escada Fall 2010. Yes, Milla Jovovich: stunning, mesmerizing, ageless, gorgeous, perfect, untouchable Milla Jovovich, though sometimes just Leeloo to us. Look, I’m a Milla fangirl so I’m not going to offer any interesting commentary here, I’m going to say that Jovovich was shot by the legendary Peter Lindbergh and then I’m gonna return to looking at the pretty pictures. One more after the jump. More
