As Fashion Month draws to a close, we must pick up the pieces and filter out the relevant information. So far, we know the Spring 2014 collections were all very Spring-y, the front rows were all very famous, and the models were all very white.
But! There were still surprises to be found in New York, London, Paris and Milan, as the accessories stole the show time and time again. Here’s 25 gorgeous, striking and occasionally very wacky bags from Fashion Month, featuring Oscar de la Renta, Victoria Beckham, rag & bone, Christian Dior, Viktor + Rolf, Lanvin and more!

Emily DiDonato has been a successful model for quite some time but she recently started making inroads toward full on name recognition with the one-two punch of 1) Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition work and 2) apparently striking up a romantic relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal.

Spring is the time for prints: florals, usually, and this past fashion week saw some weirdo forays into Hawaiian. However, three of the biggest trends to emerge for prints weren’t actually about flowers: we saw geometric patterns, plenty of ombre and animals. …I don’t mean leopard spots or tiger stripes, but prints of animals: birds, butterflies, even a few zebras. Let’s take a look. More
Fashion Week has come and gone, which leaves us to pluck out and organize the meaningful data. Spring 2012 was about a lot of things (prints! peplums! citrus shades and cutouts!) but it seemed like every catwalk hosted at least one piece in saturated blue, in all shapes and silhouettes. …Luckily, this is one trend that looks lovely on just about everyone. Here’s all the cobalt, ultramarine, and aqua that ruled the runways. More

We’ve being seeing sheer everywhere for the past couple seasons and as much as people say it’s unwearable, the look is still all over runways and red carpets.
