Friday Style Icon: Michelle Williams

This week’s Friday Style Icon is pretty straight forward: Michelle Williams is a really talented actress and a fashion risk-taker with good taste. She wears a refined palette of metallics and neutrals, knows what looks good on her (she loves a fitted bodice and a full skirt) and sticks to her guns (she will wear all the lace dresses). She’s partial to Chanel, Balenciaga, and Erdem and her trademark look is a mix of ladylike, mod and nonchalant. Vera Wang's Special Kardashian Wedding Collection Will Hit Stores In February!

Remember how Vera Wang designed three separate dresses for Kim Kardashian‘s fairy tale wedding? Would You Wear: Vera Wang's Black Wedding Gowns

It’s Bridal time (FUCK YEAH MARRIAGE)! All the heavy hitters–Carolina Herrera, Monique Lhuillier, Oscar de la Renta–are showing wedding collections for Fall 2012. For what it’s worth, Wang was wading into darker waters last season (she showed lots of dove gray) but still kept it pretty romantic and delicate. This collection, however, is downright goth. I don’t mean to be a completely ridiculous parody of my high school goth self but… I kind of like them? More »

Gallery: Which Of These Vera Wang Wedding Gowns Will Kim Kardashian Wear On Her Big Day?

The following dresses are looks from Vera Wang’s Fall 2011 bridal collection, in which we ask, “Which one will Kim Kardashian choose on her wedding day?” The short answer is… “None of them,” because Kim Kardashian is probably getting her gown custom made by Wang and her team.
