If you, like me, found your fashion sense was titillated by the promising looking drawings of Rihanna’s “Diamonds” world tour costumes that Givenchy released last week, get stoked: the storied fashion brand (and skirt-maker to Kanye West) has since released some actual photos of RiRi wearing the stuff, and it’s every bit as resplendent as I’d hoped. Posted yesterday on the Givenchy Facebook page, the outfits are shown in a few different states of layering, and they do a good job of conveying a sort of regal, queen-of-pop attitude. They’re neither as colorful nor as butt-baring as what she wore on her last world tour, but maybe she’s going for a more ladylike vibe? (Ha, ha?)
